2025 SUGC Exhibitor Booth Registration

Exhibitor Registration for the 2025 Southern Utah Green Conference is now open.  Our Southern Utah Green Conference will be Tuesday, October 28th at the Dixie Convention Center (1835 S Convention Center Dr, St. George, UT 84790) from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Exhibitor Booth Space is $300 and includes a 10 x 10 booth that includes 2 chairs and skirted table. This year, exhibitors will be located in the ballroom, which will also host the keynote speaker along with the continental breakfast and lunch.

Exhibitors can set-up Monday, October 27th from 12:00 – 4:00 pm or Tuesday, October 28th from 6:30 – 7:30 am (registration for the conference will open at 7:00 am). We recommend that exhibitors complete their setup by 7:00 am, allowing for a half-hour of interaction with attendees in the ballroom prior to the keynote speaker's presentation. 

The conference class schedule has been adjusted to allow 15 minutes in between each class.  Exhibitor's will be able to each lunch before the attendees so that you will be available during their lunch break to meet with conference attendees.
