Description
- Supervise cashiers and audit daily operations.
- Hire and train a team to handle cash and operate registers.
- Schedule team for business coverages as is appropriate throughout season.
- Ongoing performance evaluation of cashier team.
- Perform cashiering duties including purchases, returns and other customer service oriented tasks.
Requirements
- Experience: 7-10 years' customer service in a retail environment, including at least 3 years of managing, scheduling and training cashiers.
- Ability to work overtime during spring season.
Salary Description
$20/hour
